Membership Questions

You can cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle begins, either in person at the spa or in writing via certified or registered mail. Membership fees are non-refundable and billing continues until cancellation is properly received.
Memberships are non-transferable and for the member's personal use only. Benefits are redeemable exclusively at Evolve From Within MedSpa and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Your membership is billed automatically each month on the same date you enrolled (your "anchor date"). If your anchor date falls on the 29th–31st and that date doesn't exist in a given month, you'll be billed on the last day of that month. Please keep your billing information current, updates must be made at least 3 days before your scheduled billing date.
The Glow Tox membership covers one treatment area per session, every 3 months. You choose from: forehead lines, glabella (frown lines), crow's feet, brow lift, under-eye jelly roll, or DAO (downturned smile). Xeomin or Dysport is used, no unit counting required.
The 15% member discount applies to virtually all services at EFW, including neurotoxin, fillers, biostimulators, microneedling (including RF + PRP), IV therapy, chemical peels, PDO threads, fat dissolving injections, PRP/PRF injections, skin boosters, and more. It also applies to all skincare products we carry. Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
